Your payment for service is not required until 3 days before sailing. By this time we are fairly sure that the weather will allow us to proceed. You may pay in advance of that with the certainty that if we must cancel due to weather or mechanical issues, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations on your part, with full refund are made if 48 hours notice is given for any private tours or charters. No refunds are available for a "single seat" purchase on a special trip, except if we must cancel for weather or mechanical issues, then a full refund will be made.
Refunds are not available on merchandise, memberships or Piers Island punch cards.
The safety of crew and passengers is of the utmost importance to us. Our crew is Transport Canada certified and any requests made, will be for your own safety. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Please read further in The Fine Print below.
